Due to several economic changes and as we embark on a massive development campaign, a new developmental levy of N1,500,000 (1 MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND NAIRA) has been determined on all our Estates as against the former N1,000,000, (ONE MILLION NAIRA) apart from The Springwood Courts, The Thirdmainland courts and The Atlantic Courtyard, which will retain their former levies.
We therefore urge you to join the campaigns, as the new payments will start off from the 1st of August 2018.
The new fee would be levied on both old and new subscribers beginning from the aforementioned date.
